Flush Recovery is centered around creating a healthy balance between training and recovery. We specialize in a range of products that assist with innovative and speedy recovery methods for a diverse target market, from people of all ages wanting to look after their bodies and manage pain, to elite athletes. From resistance bands, entry level foam rollers, to vibration and percussion technology and pneumatic compression, we’ve got you covered. All of our products are convenient and user friendly. We also make use of our website and social media platforms to educate and enable our clients and demonstrate how to use our products to their full potential. We all know the feeling of a sore, stiff body after a good workout. This may sometimes limit you from pushing on into your next session and performing to your full potential. Our solution? Our products of course . Not everyone has access to a gym or masseuse, our products allow clients to help themselves and provide that well needed recovery.

ROSS HEYNES
CO-FOUNDER
Ross is a qualified pharmacist, who graduated at NMMU in 2013. He has always been active and involved in sports from a young age, representing his province in both hockey and cricket during his years at school. He loves networking and spreading the importance of fitness and muscle recovery. He enjoys working out, fishing and playing a round of golf in his spare time. Born and raised in Uitenhage, he spent a couple of years in Cape town where he met his business partner, Jodie. Wellness and health continue to be a focus in his career, from being in the pharmacy to the sports field and everyday life.

JODIE EMERY-HEYNES
CO-FOUNDER
Jodie is a qualified physiotherapist for a professional rugby team. She graduated from UCT in 2014 with a passion for sport from a young age. Being involved in a range of sports, from water-polo and swimming to squash and soccer as well as recreational running, coupled with her background in physiotherapy, further developed her interest and passion in active recovery. Through working with elite athletes, she realises the importance of body maintenance, faster recovery and has a passion for enabling athletes/people to get to know and understand their bodies, and in turn look after and manage themselves better.
